Custom-built systems typically require 3-5 business days for assembly and stress testing. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most components and pre-built systems. Items must be in their original packaging. Please note that custom assembly fees are non-refundable.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all pre-built EasyPC systems come with a 2-year limited warranty covering parts and labor. Individual components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.

Can I track my order in real-time?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal to monitor your delivery progress.
